Poor Quality Control
I've purchased 6 of these over the last several months. The first 3 were great, in excellent condition and worked perfectly. The last 3, the quality control is abysmal. One with bad keyboard and trackpad. The next one, arrived with a large crack and break on the right side of the bottom case and a fan making very loud scrapping noise on the left side of the broken case. The box and packing were perfect so this was packaged and shipped like this. These two were returned immediately. The one that arrived today has a fan making intermittent growling noises. I need to laptop so have ordered a replacement fan. Buyer beware, quality control is terrible!

Bios issues on first one, no audio on second one.
Had to return the first one, when hooked up to an external monitor via HDMI it had bios issues (looping on boot before it got to Windows), then two days later it went DOA. Got a replacement, that one had no audio function (no sound, and not a driver issue).

Very slow and quiet
Very bulky. Sound is bad and the computer is cumbersome as well as slow.
