Q: Do I use it every day?

I would advise against it. The charcoal mask draws out oil,sebum, old impacted makeup, blackheads and whitheads. Cleanse your face, the add a toner. While your face is damp, apply a mask. Leave it for at least 30-45 minutes. I know it's a long time, but you want to get the most out of the mask. Remove the mask and wash your face with a non-foaming cleanser. Be gentle, but rinse thoroughly with a washcloth. Then swipe some toner on and follow up with your moisturizer. About every 3 to 4 days to keep your face from being too irritated. You can use the upper half and smear it over your face, and the save the bottom half for the next treatment. That way you can get more for the $$$$$. Hope this helps.
