The Soulion R30 Plus soundbar is a great addition to my little gaming area! I've been looking to upgrade my speakers and this one does the trick--probably worth noting that I'm not an audiophile, and I only use this for my Nintendo Switch via Bluetooth, so I can't speak to how it compares to really high-end speakers as I'm not very picky (and typically don't want my speakers very loud anyway). But for my needs it's just right. Speaking of Bluetooth, it paired up super easily once I figured out how to press the side knob the correct way to get it there, lol. Everything is controlled with that one knob (audio mode, lighting mode, volume, and power) which is nice to keep the device looking clean and sleek, although I wouldn't be opposed to maybe just one more button to power it on and off. Sometimes if I don't press it the right way it'll change the lights instead of powering off, but that's fine. Not a dealbreaker at all. And the lights--I LOVE the lights! RGB is always super fun and I gotta say this speaker shines pretty bright. It almost illuminates my whole computer area which is really cool. My favorite mode is the one where it slowly fades to different colors, which I showed in the video. Easy setup too. I like that it's USB powered so I don't have to worry about the battery running out like I did with my old speaker. Since I don't have anything to plug a USB into (like a PC), I just used a wall adapter and did it that way since I'm using Bluetooth to connect it to my Switch. The cord is also pretty long so there's no issue with it reaching the wall from where the speaker is on my desk. Overall, I love it! The sound is clear and crisp, and it works like a charm for my light gaming.

I really enjoy these speakers. Great sound and the lights are nice. The only downside is that the unit stays on after my computer goes to sleep so the lights are on all night. Nice that they use Bluetooth or wired. Otherwise good value.

The speaker has a nice clear sound, good price. Easy to connect.

Decent speaker if it weren't for the RGB lights or at least its default state. The default for the RGB lights is the Rainbow Flowing effect. Meaning that rainbow wheel of light cycles from rear to front in a waterfall effect. It takes 6-button click to turn off the RGB lighting or 4-button clicks to get to solid lighting. Every time the speaker is powered on or the computer hard drive wakes the RGB lighting reverts to the default state. Ideally the default lighting state would be with the lighting off. This would be a 5-star review if that were the case. The lights are bright. I use my laptop is a fully lit room and the RGB lights are still too bright. I can imagine using them in a dark room. Though I could deal with the light if the default was a solid color. I would give it 4-stars if that were the case. Additionally if the speaker would remember my lighting selection, even if only when the computer wakes, I would give the speaker 4-stars. I would recommend this speaker to anyone who wants bright RGB lighting on their speaker. It is a good speaker for the price. It connected easily via USB and Bluetooth. It is loud enough for my purposes and has decent sound. The form factor is great. Exactly what I was looking for. So it is a shame that I will be returning my speaker. The RGB lights are just too much of a nuisance to make using the speaker worth while.

Awesome sound bar. People complain about it disconnecting. I’ve never experienced it once. I leave it plugged into my pc monitor via usb and have it on Bluetooth mode. It connects and stays connected when I turn my pc on. It’s not the loudest but is better than the speakers I used before. And with some windows apps you can adjust the loudness just don’t go to far and blow the speakers.

Looks cool, sounds terrible. My first impression was a muffled sound, lacking punchy mids, and having hissles highs. There is audible distortion with the volume cranked above 50%. The volume knob on the side does not communicate back via USB. I never know what the "internal" volume is set to. The device presents two PCM streams, and no software volume control. The only way the USB host can control the volume of this soundbar is to attenuate the signal. It's a bad design.
