I needed back up ice packs to maintain cold compresses after facial surgery. These worked great and fit into the pockets of the velcro band supplied by the physician. The beads keep the packs flexible and therefore comfortable around body curves. They last a lot longer than vegetables (peas were suggested) and chill quickly. If you need constant cold, I suggest getting at least double what you need so you always have a set cooling. These will last forever and are now being stored for whenever the next need arises.

I gave this a 3 Star because I wasn’t pleased with the size, misleading to me in the picture, could have been my mistake but I thought the ice packs were bigger, wanted to put them across my shoulders/back and they are to small, I have only used them once so far

I normally really dislike cold packs, but this one is soft and conforms and makes icing much easier to tolerate. It actually feels really good! Delighted with this product! :)

I was post op and planning to use these with a ice pack waist belt and unfortunately they did not stay cold of any length of tome.
