Nice replacement for eggs in a recipe. I appreciate that it's vegan as well. A little pricey though.

I bought it to use less eggs and everything has turned wonderfully! I’ve even used it to meal prep pans of baked breakfast oats bars and it was moist but not crumbly

This is a great substitute for eggs when making cookies. I feel safer eating the raw cookie dough with my kids and save money since eggs are so expensive. I couldn’t taste any difference with raw or baked cookies. Use warm water in separate container to mix the powder to avoid clumps and add to batter. My sister (vegan) showed this to me and loves it too.

I have only had the product for a few days. I have not yet had a chance to use it. Seem simple enough for an egg substitute.

Works okay. I will probably just find recipes without any egg instead of using this substitute though.

I have an egg allergy, and like to bake. For several years I have used EnerG's egg replacer, and have not been satisfied with the texture of the cakes/ cornbread/ etc. made with it. Other products have a legume base, and taste beany--which is not okay, either. The baked goods using Judee's are moist, and have a delicate crumb. The directions say to mix with warm water. I use 208 degree water from our water boiler. I am so happy with this product!

The bag does not close properly after opened.

Made chocolate chip muffins using Judee’s Egg Replacer. The taste was not affected but the muffins did not rise very much. Now, in all honesty, the muffins were made from a mix which may have altered the texture.
