NO SCAN PREVIEW IMAGES OR VIDEO VISIBLE
Just bought this CR Scan 01 upgraded version. Everything was fine and well packed but after setting up everything, installation of software and running the software , I don't see anything on the screen , no preview , no video feedback , Nothing. I need to know from Wol3D what is happening. Is it software issue or something is not right with the hardware. Please help , I am new to this scanning and it's bothering me to see my scanner not working properly.
