This is pretty great stuff. Since I’ve been taking I noticed my bottle of Tylenol hasn’t been touched since I bought this & I reach realized not long ago that I go through a bottle of Tylenol PM a month. I typically get migraines & headaches very easily, especially when I don’t eat enough in a day due to a busy schedule or stress etc. However, even with a lower amount of calorie intake in my day I no longer wake up with the aftermath headache or migraine. In addition, I feel a lot more energetic & healthier. I definitely intend on regularly repurchasing & recommending this brand to friends & family. The value & quality compared to similar brands on the market is unmatched.

I have struggled with being anemic for a long time. Iron supplements make me sick, as does eating liver or other organ meat that would help. For the first time in more than 5 years I had bloodwork that had no signs of anemia in it. I definitely recommend it if you need the assistance but can't eat organ meat in general.

You have to take 6 pills to get what 2 pills can doDid not make a noticeable difference at all. Although the product was not to my expectations the customer service from the seller is top notch

I added three of these to my daily routine and there has been a noticeable difference. I have been taking an iron complex for a while but was still experiencing low iron. After adding these in, I feel better and my numbers are better.Smell is terrible but no after-taste

I find these easy to take and and digest. The first effects I noticed was that I slept better, not longer but better. Also there seemed to be less discomfort at every joint. I take less than half the recommended dosage because that feels right for me.I know some people that are on low iron diets and some of them cannot take these types of capsules.I have now been taking them for more than 2 months so I wanted to base this review on that time period

Felt immediate results! I loved this the product so much that I bought two more bottles to give to my friends! I didn't feel any stomach upset or a bowel issues after taking it. It's a great value for the money and I will definitely buy again

Kinda disappointed. . . I didn't notice anything change. However, they reached out to me & offered a refund. That's amazing customer service! I didn't have the best results, but it's helped many others!
