Blackburn Ligera Road Saddle

The good: the saddle is pretty comfortable, and claims to have Ti rails.The bad: although it's listed as a $120 saddle with a *deep* discount, this saddle is in no way comparable to saddles of that price. The finish is very sloppy, and the surface is even "lumpy" in parts. It's not that light for a Ti-railed saddle either. Compare to $120 saddles from other manufacturers and it's almost 50% heavier.In short, this is a $20 saddle that has a "sale price" to convince you it's a great bargain. The truth is that it's a $20 saddle.

I wouldn't recommend ever buying a seat without being measured, but at this price, I thought I would give it a try. It didn't fit me quite right, but not too bad. However, this isn't a $125 saddle. It's maybe a $50 saddle based on the fit and finish.

I bought this to replace a comfort cruise saddle that was on my hybrid when I bought it from Craigslist. I had intended it to be a temporary saddle till I could get a "better" one. After putting in over 150 miles on this saddle (all without bike shorts) I am keeping this baby on my bike. Install was a breeze, I did go back and make minor adjustments after the initial install and that was simple enough to do.

Top Quality.It was a little firm at first but after 2 rides it broke in, and I love it.I use this WITHOUT Chamois, lightweight and looks cool, and keeps my supported but comfortable down there at the same time.

Great for the price

This saddle is great. It is very comfortable to ride on even around town just in jeans. And the seat looks cool too.

terrible seat. so hard, looks and feels cheap. I like harder saddles, but this one is just torture. Should have put the money towards a better one.
