Works well
Really helps with any sore muscles or achyness I get from working out. It really eases the pain. I sprinkle it on my bath water and soak for about 20 mins. Feels really good. I also add a few drops of lavender essential oils.

Works every time
Most soothing bath ever. When my body aches and my muscles feel knotted, I put approximately 1 1/2 - 2 cups in a hot bath. I soak for about 20 minutes and my body feels rejuvenated. I’m not a big bath person, especially with San Diego water cost, but , it’s worth it, especially when my body tells me, ya over did it.

These are great. Seem higher quality than other brands, and the salts are finer.Also, over time with most brands, the not-yet-used salts in the bag can clump up from exposure to dampness. I haven't noticed this at all with this brand.
