I’m obsessed with LMNT. These are hands down my favorite electrolytes. No sugar, clean ingredients, and they actually make a difference in how I feel—especially during workouts and busy days when I’m not drinking enough water. The Orange Salt flavor is great: flavorful but not overly sweet or fake tasting. Raspberry is my favorite! I love that it doesn’t upset my stomach and helps with hydration, energy, and preventing headaches or fatigue. I keep these stocked at all times and use them daily, whether I’m working out or just trying to stay hydrated. If you’re looking for a zero-sugar electrolyte that actually works, this is it. Will absolutely continue buying.

The good stuff! Tastes great, mixes in well. Better hydration, better pumps and endurance in the gym. Could help prevent illness on those hot days at work also.

These are honestly lifesavers! The flavor isn’t sweet at all just super clean and refreshing. They’re perfect to throw in your bag and bring to work or on the go. The salt dissolves so easily, and there’s no weird aftertaste or gritty texture. I genuinely feel more hydrated after drinking one. I find that just one every single day goes a long way!

First time to try these! Love the flavor and perfect amount of sodium, especially when fasting it fills that extra craving or desire you may have when going without full meals, tons of activity and all around wellness. I really like the product, the flavor is great, the hydration is great, but it's expensive. I wish they would give us a few coupons from time to time.

I LOVE LMNT. It’s pretty salty so I’ll sometimes use half but I really like all of the flavors. Orange, lime and grapefruit are my favorites. It’s pricy but worth it to keep me feeling hydrated.

Other than being a bit pricey, this is an excellent product. Especially if your'e ketovore or carnivore.
