This skirt was everything, I received many compliments. It was wonderful, excellent quality, beautiful lights, the battery lasted all night and still remained. excellent for its price. I recommend it, it gave a touch to my costume. Happy to have bought it, now I will save it for my daughter.I was afraid that it wouldn't fit me because I'm chubby, but the skirt stretched enough so it would be tight. I am 5'3 and 195lbs.

I ordered this to go under my halloween print party dress.It fits perfect and the lights are bright enough to see even when the lights are on.Multi colored lights.I’m a 2x & the elastic waist was stretchy enough.

Bought this for my daughter to wear to a "neon" theme dance. It's super-cute! Note this is just scratchy see-through tulle... You will definitely need to wear leggings or bike shorts underneath, but it's absolutely adorable for what it is.My daughter is 5'6" and wears about a size 14, and this fit her fine with plenty of room to spare. It's only mid-thigh length, but since its going over leggings, it's perfectly fine!

Exactly what I was looking for, Lights come on bright, perfect size in waist and in length. You definitely need to wear something underneath the tulle is see-through. I can't wait to wear on Halloween. Best part it didn't break the bank like most costume shops.
