Tastes Good and Really Helps
I wanted something gentle to help me relax at night and these work great. No upset stomach and no sugar. I wake up feeling rested instead of groggy.

Great, tasty AND sugar free!
I was so happy to find this sugar free magnesium product with ashwagandha and lemon balm. I try to find my supplements in a tasty gummy form, I dislike taking a bunch of capsules/pills. I was able to eliminate a sub for ashwagandha thus reduced my monthly supplement cost. The product is great, it works to help me get to sleep at night as well. :) I plan to keep this sub!

Calm support made easy

Insomnia friends - try this!!!
These magnesium gummies taste great and make me sleepy within about 30 minutes. A lifesaver for insomnia. I do notice that in the morning when its time to wake, I feel a little drowsy. But if you problems falling asleep and getting a good night's rest, a little drowsy in the morning after sleeping for hours is minor. And when I am able to sleep in, like on the weekends, these gummies can keep me out for a few more hours than a weekend day when I dont take them. Rest is good!
