I’m really happy with this phone I got for my mum. The buttons are large and easy to press, and the screen is bright with clear text, so reading messages or dialing numbers isn’t a struggle. Setting it up was straightforward, and I didn’t have to dig through complicated menus to get started. One feature I really appreciate is the loud and clear sound. Calls are easy to hear, even in a noisy environment, and the ringtone is strong enough that you won’t miss it. The battery life is also impressive—it lasts several days on a single charge, which is very convenient. The emergency/SOS button adds a nice layer of reassurance, especially for older users or anyone who wants a bit of extra safety. Overall, it’s a reliable, easy-to-use phone that does exactly what it promises. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something simple, practical, and stress-free.

This flip phone delivers excellent quality and value. It’s solidly built, well designed, and surprisingly attractive—lightweight and comfortable to hold. Call volume and ringtone are very loud and clear, and the soft-coat finish on the back adds a secure, ergonomic grip. The battery might be the best I’ve seen in a flip phone, three days of use now and the battery is still full I bought it and haven’t been disappointed. missed calls and texts do appear on the external display—as long as you set the clock to analogue mode in Settings.

Good looking unit, easy to handle but does not work properly. functions are not programmed correctly so unit does not respond to key strokes correctly. Had to take unit to local telephone shop and my wifi/broadband supplierboth of whom confirmed the malfunction. In the meantime we have tried other units, the first of which had a similar problem, the othervunit functions correctly. Obviously I am unhappy with this unit and although it is out of the return date hope you will accept a return and refund accordingly.
