I didn't (I was focused on overnight delivery ). They work... with a standard medium sized Foley but I did shorten/blunt the prongs due to the slightly smaller tube passages in the clip to insure the Foley tubes weren't pierced. Adherence is great!

This is a Must when you have a catheter, it holds the catheter in place that attaches to your leg. These don't last long so you Always have to have a couple on hand. These hold in Place even with showering every day.
