This kit was not too difficult to install with the video. The issue I am having is that one of my buttons is sticking when i Close my ps5 controller case tight. I am having to leave controller screws loose to keep from holding the button down. I have taken apart and put back together a dozen times, but I still have the same issue on the same triangle button. As far as feel, it feels great! It works well when it is working correctly Edited: moved to 5 stars. The company has amazing customer service. I can't say that I've ever seen better. I do use several of their products, I just happened to have trouble with this particular item. I will continue to work with this company. Highly recommend

Very nice feeling! I disliked how far the travel was on the normal PS5 controller PCB. Btw when following the guide you don't need to cut any wires.

This kit is NOT “one size fits all”. As long as your have a BDM-30 controller this kits will work. (Just google it and you’ll see how you can tell). As far as to how the buttons feel……1000% better than stock buttons. The hair trigger is not too sensitive but still gives an instantaneous press. This alone has dramatically improved my response time. Over all I give this kit a 4.8/5, only because it’s not idiot proof.

This was my first time using or installing clicky keys. I love them! The install can be a bit confusing around the triggers, only because of the way they need to be folded. Not difficult, but will take a few runs before being able to do it without looking at the instructions. Which by the way are very clear. I believe they include a link to a YouTube video, which was very helpful. I took off a star because my right L2 trigger is malfunctioning after only a month of use, and I’m not a heavy gamer. I only use the controller to play rocket league, and I only play several times a week for a couple hours max. Sometimes the trigger is just unresponsive until I release it and press it again. If they weren’t so time consuming to replace I wouldn’t sweat it too much, but to get to those requires a complete tear down of the controller. As far as installation goes, the product’s role is easy. You just pull up the old flex board or whatever it’s called and put the new one in its place, and add a few parts to the buttons. The complication lies in taking the controller apart, which falls on Sony. Soldering is a must, because even if the install can be done without desoldering the motors, it’s almost a guarantee that one of the wires will accidentally get snagged and break off. Other than that, I would say the triggers tend to hurt after a while, because there’s no cushion with the clicky keys on the triggers. So while it’s good for fighting and fast pace games like shooting games, it’s less convenient for games like Rocket League where you’re holding the button down for extended periods of time. I know in-game button remapping is a possible work-around but I like my button config as is. I thought the discomfort was from this product itself, but after purchasing a $130 Scuf controller with the ability to switch between clicky and full motion triggers, I realize they’re all hard and painful. So I don’t give any discredit there. It’s more of a heads up. Overall, I’d say purchasing this kit can be a risk. I could’ve gotten a faulty unit or the buttons are good quality ones. IDK. But either way it would be a pita to have to open the controller multiple times. I like everything else though

This was my first time taking apart the PS5 following the guided video, this mod is by far the best after installing you’ll never have to worry about any of the buttons ever getting stuck, not only that you’ll have a fast response each click I highly recommend!

I love the way this makes my controller feel it definitely makes a difference when playing fps games but I’m going on purchasing my third set in 2 months cause it fell off my couch which is only a foot and a half off the ground (I don’t have legs on it) and the r1 button broke same thing happened with my last set. Im at the point where it’s costing me more money to do this than to buy a better more durable pro controller

Not for the feint of heart. This took me around 1.5 hours and I’m quite familiar with controller mods. Test early by placing the battery in before everything is sealed up and you’ll be certain to not get a surprise. I installed with the Rise back paddle kit already installed which adds to the complexity. Be patient, careful, and test as you build. You’re probably better off paying for a custom controller unless you have small hands and a big heart.

No es la primera vez que compro productos de esta marca y siempre me parecieron de buena calidad hasta ahora. Después del montaje que lleva y el tiempo resuelta que uno de los pulsadores no funciona, con todo lo conlleva ...... Vuelve a desmontar todo y a devolver el producto. Deberían tener un control de calidad mejor antes de la venta del producto.

Pour le prix, c'est une affaire... J'ai acheté les clicks souris plus les palettes impeccable...pas besoin d'acheter une manette a 250 euros. Je conseille vivement.

As someone that enjoys shooting strangers on the internet but also someone that doesn't like it enough to spend ANOTHER £200 on a second duelsense edge controller i thought id try this. First off its actually pretty fun to install, its like doing a little lego set but at the end you get to shoot strangers on the internet but faster and more click-ier. Doesn't take to long to do and is pretty straight forward and there is some great videos to follow if you get abit stuck. Works greats, gives all the buttons the same "throw" as a mouse click, about 1/3 the travel of triggers on the edge controller with them on the quickest setting and about 1/10 the throw of the standard triggers on the standard controller. If all your play is FPS then this is a great buy, but know that its semi permanent (can be removed but not changed in any way like the edge buttons can be) and if you change your game a far bit they might not be as great to use in other games that might need different amounts of travels in the triggers for whatever reason.
