Good quality output, small, does what I need.
This printer is small and produced good quality output. The software installation process is about average for most printers these days (that is to say, it's harder than it should be). It's been difficult to get it to send scans to some computers. We had to fall back to scanning to a thumb drive on a few occasions. Other than that it's done everything well.

Sold defective Epson printer (ink issue). No refund after weeks of calls. JUNK! BOO Amazon.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Zero stars for both the seller (two printers that were absolutely faulty when trying to replace ink for the first time! Yep, equipment is defective according to a rep at Epson but you don’t know it until 3 months later when replacing the ink). THEN, there is no refund due to being beyond the time period for replacement. Amazon gets a ZERO also since their refund policy A to Z says if you receive the item as described, no refund. Well, the equipment was JUNK and no refund after three written correspondence w the seller and a month long ordeal w Amazon (4 calls over 30 days). I’m out $180 with junk. I’m getting rid of Prime for our family and our business.

Broken tab turned Pinter into junk.
Disappointed with this printer. Used it mainly for photos. Did a great job. However, first time I needed to replace the Photo Black cartridge, the little blue spring tab, that holds the cartridge in, broke. The tab allows you to release the cartridge, but also holds the cartridge in a unique place when printing. Printer will not work due to loss of this tiny broken part. Not sure I’m going to stay with Eason.

Don't buy for Australia. Even though it is on Amazon Australa, they fail to mention that it will not work in an Australia socket. It should not be on the Amazon Australia Web site. Why buy it if it doesn't work in Australia. Very misleading. Can't review the printer as I was unable to use it.
