Good product It's so soft that my little dog loved

If you are comparing it to those expensive high performance pillow, you will be disappointed. Otherwise, it does its job. It is not the best but it does improve sleeping quality

Comfortable neck support

Never had a bad neck after purchasing this pillow, highly recommended

The pillow is comfortable to a certain extent. I ordered firm support, and checked packaging. Packaging said firm support. But it feels so soft it's like a marshmallow and doesn't feel like there's much support to it. Don't really feel like it's value for money as it doesn't feel like it's doing what I bought it for. Wake up with slightly less pain than normal but not enough relief to warrant the coat.

It's the first time that I've tried this type of pillow. Seems ok. Comfortable, firm, but not hard. Holds shape well. I haven't found much difference in my quality of sleep, and I still get a stiff neck from sleeping sometimes, so not magical in any way!
