Balamory - Games And Fun For Everyone [DVD]

This is the best Balamory DVD we own - and, believe me, we own a few! - as it has many more episodes than most of the others, which generally only have 4 or 5. We never tire of singing along with Miss Hoolie and the crew and these episodes all focus on getting active so there's plenty of jumping around to join in with too - if you're up to it!!

I hugely recommend Balamory for little 'uns up to school age. My five and half year old still occasionally revisits it. He feels very affectionate towards the characters. I think they pace the stories very well, and as they repeat and review things, the child can really keep up and understand. A lot of other programmes just go over their heads. Also the songs are varied and good, well, by kiddy standards :)

My baby loves Balamory. He watched it as a baby and loves it at 17 months. I dont need to watch it on youtube with him. I would have loved for them to include the sausages part. Thats his favorite one. Good if they include what episodes. However I had expected more Games, eg. Where susies flying lesson? My son's two favorite episodes of games and fun were not included? Too bad but overall a good dvd if your kid loves balamory.

We didn't realise it for a while, but there is actually a second page in the episodes menu, and there are actually 8 episodes for the same price as all the other Balamory dvds, which usually just have 4 episodes per disc. And they are actually quite good stories in comparison too. Great value! Highly recommended.

If your little one likes balamory then this is definitely a must have..my 16 month old daughter has been a fan of balamory since it started showing back on cbeebies and this is the only program that gets her to sit and acutally watch it...lots of good episodes on that we havent seen before either!

This DVD has kept our 2 year old amused & entertained. He quite happily dances along with the balamory crew. Its great for rainy days or when he is in bad humour it puts a smile back on his face. Great value for money

Have had this dvd for some weeks now and the grandchildren still scream to see it every time they visit. Maybe a bit too sophisticated for the younger ones, under 2, but the rest love it. Great value . Amazon beats all other prices.
