Short art exercises
This card deck has an art exercise to be performed on each card. The exercise is very quick to do, five minutes to half an hour, so not too much of a chore. It has a short paragraph explaining what it helps with, in terms of wellbeing. I think this deck lives up to its promise of being a therapy.

Good quality but…
Good quality cards and art therapy ideas . But you could probably get all these ideas on the internet or Pinterest if I’m honest. Not really used.

Great concept
Love this. I bought this for mindfulness/self-help in a creative, artistic way and for inspiration. I think this has potential to be adapted to multiple areas of need - I like the ideas in this kit for mental health/wellbeing. It has inspired me to get creative with my ELSA sessions. Tad pricey but comes in a good study box, and delivery took a little longer than anticipated.

Nice ideas for exploring your emotions, letting go of perfectionism, re-discovering your inner child. Remembering how much fun it is to just paint, doodle, sketch, glue things together. The questions might seem simplistic, but they are worth exploring if you choose to use the cards for therapeutic reasons. You might as well forget the questions and just have fun and address your inner critic, your insecurities and your adult blah blah blah-ing

I really loved inspirations cards give me for working with diverse clients in counselling, particularly that there are ideas for different media you can use and adapt to clients affinities.

As an art psychotherapist myself, what I love about this product is how well-structured it is. Each card is clear and well-described and provides a sense of purpose in a safe way for the user. I strongly recommend this product for any (art) therapist that wants to use a reflective approach with art-making directives. There are a lot of products claiming to be "art therapy" so I think it's important to for the actual ones to be highlighted.
