I recently moved to a new place and needed a brand-new dishwasher. While browsing through Amazon, I came across one from Midea. Midea is a well-established Chinese brand known for its quality and value. Without hesitation, I decided to order this dishwasher. I haven't been able to install it yet because my kitchen is under construction, but I am excited to open the box and take a look!The dishwasher features a modern white finish that complements my kitchen decor, with a sturdy stainless steel interior. DO NOT BUY! This dishwasher is only 32 inches tall. I can either put a 3" filler panel at the top or toss it and get a normal dishwasher that fits a standard opening. It's bad enough I had to settle for an 18" wide unit but with the loss of 3" on the height I don't even know if a 16 oz. tumbler will even fit on the upper rack. I guess I was supposed to double check the height before purchasing but I have never heard of a 32" tall dishwasher, so why on this earth would I think to do that???? It's past the return date, lessons learned, purchase closer to the installation date and don't buy appliances on Amazon, and if you do check absolutely everything because Amazon appears to have no issues selling janky products.

Don't get me wrong, like the machine. Top rack was not as useful as bottom. If I had small flat dishes or cup and saucer sets for 4 or 6 people, the set would work fine. However, it cleans the six 5 inch bowls I crammed into the top rack with no issues...points for that. The silverware basket was convertible from the slotted to non-slotted and that made for more flexible arranging of the forks and spoons of differing sizes. Overall, a quiet running and decent cleaning machine.

This model in particular works well and looks great and is fairly simple. I just wish that it was priced less than a 24 inch.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We’ve been using this for a while now and it’s been fantastic. Even though it’s compact, it fits a surprising amount and was the perfect size for our smaller house. It gets really hot, which I love, because everything comes out super clean—even dishes that went in looking rough.It has no problem handling tough messes, and for the size, it seriously delivers. If you need a dishwasher that saves space but doesn’t cut corners, this one’s a win. Solid 5 stars from us.Cleans well:Dishes are pristine with just a pod Drying ability:The heat dry is wildly hot, when you open it the steam is hard core. Value for money:I have had big name brand top of the line washers in other homes that didnt clean as well as this one, its perfect.

Hands down one of my best purchases EVER!!! Never imagined buying an appliance through Amazon, however we were planning on purchasing this dishwasher via another store and they ran out of stock. So grateful this was available as it has made such a difference in our lives! It arrived with no damages like dents, scratches, or cracked pieces. The size is EXCELLENT for a three person household. My husband had no issues with the installation and it has worked perfectly ever since! No leaks. No weird sounds. It is just fabulous. I convinced my sister to buy one! SO worth the money. Our electric bill and water bills actually decreased!
