Delicious! A taste of maple from Canada I can order from my home in the middle of the US.
Delicious! A taste of Canada available here. Yes, the US does make maple syrup in the North Easter USm such as New Hampshire and Vermont. But they go on for the sugar crystal sort of candy. This hard candy maple leaf makes the tste last a bit longer for me.

Adfictive & Delightful
Tried these maple candies and IDK if that was a smart thing to do. Why? Because I am now addicted! I have to have on hand. In fact, i just purchased another bag of these treats so i can have a hidden stash. Why is that necessary? Because everybody else in my office, is enjoying them, too. Cant go wrong with these candies. If you love the taste of maple, you should try these. The flavor is not overwhelming or underflavored, either. Perfectly awesomely flavored! To make it perfect, the candies arrive in a fitted box and not one candy has been broken! And that is impressive. The quality is fantastic

Yummy!
Thank goodness these come individually wrapped. Unwrapping each slows down my eating. One of the things I like best is they are a hard candy and they take a while to dissolve. The candy lasts; the flavor lasts, and the enjoyment lasts. The candy comes in a little bag so if you want to put a few around on co-workers desks as little "thank yous," you can. You could put the whole thing in a little box or bag to gift. I'll definitely be ordering more.

Somewhat weak flavor
Just like the honey variety, this one needs to have a stronger flavor. That can be accomplished somewhat by using 4 or 5 at a time. Those that can tell the difference between corn syrup and cane sugar will notice the unmistakable sweetness that only comes from maple syrup. Addicting candy for me.

Candy that tastes most-closest to maple syrup
This was my third time purchasing these candies. They aren't overly sweet- which is what you should expect from real maple syrup. They have a feel-good healthy candy taste- no artificial scents or overpowering taste. I love that the taste hasn't changed with each buy.I did however sense that the candy pieces are slightly smaller though (perhaps because I indulged on the big bulk). Candy-wise, yes they are on the pricey side, but they're a small delight to have around when you have family and friends over. They taste like comfort and quality.

My Quest for The Holy Grail Candy Has Ended
This may sound morbid, but I first discovered a candy like this when it was offered gratis at a funeral I attended in Canada forty plus years ago. I have been searching ever since and lo and behold, I found it on Amazon. The individually wrapped maple leaf shaped candies are a terrific visual presentation, but they really shine in the taste department. Smooth maple syrup, not too strong and not the "fake" maple flavoring you find in so many products. Great for soothing a dry throat and a real subtle sweet treat. I am crazy about these things. Looks like they are mostly maple syrup with glucose added as a hardening agent, so I am assuming there isn't too much "bad stuff" in the mix.

I know exactly what these taste like and I am so grateful I can get them on line.Saves me going home to Canada (so rare) and bringing them back in luggage. My American friends did not know what to make of them. They tried them and fell in love.I gave them out after a party I had at home. I still have to try one of these but they are just like what I would get at the sugar bush hut as a kid.Adore that they are wrapped individually. Cute box. No damage in transit.Very happy and would order again. And will! Thanks!

Not horrible but weird tasting
I bought these for my students as part of their end of the year gift, and a few of the students complained about the taste. I suppose I should've tried them first, because while they aren't horribly tasting, they definitely taste like burnt cheap maple syrup, if that makes any sense. Perhaps for an adult palette they aren't horrible, but I won't be buying these again for my students.
