Brilliant bit of kit. Really useful for a lot of different exercises. Foot mobility and strengthening primarily is great. Little expensive for a bit of foam but cheapest on here. The quality is decent, not too hard and not too soft. That might be different for others however.

Foam rollers seem to be so expensive for what they are, especially the shorter, 30 and 45 cm ones. That covered, this is one of the better value ones, is good quality and is easily cut in half to give two 45 cm pieces. I use them together, one high and one low on the back, to stretch out the middle of the spine and this works well for me.

I was recommended this by my sports osteopath for my back so I can gently do certain movements on it to help. This certainly is firm and targets the areas I need it to. The size is also great too.

Dented in many places. Colour differences throughout and did not look that sturdy as glued together. Will try to find another half foam roller which is better in quality. Returned for a refund immediately.
