I bought these as a xmas gift for my son. They were great, interacted with each other, were funny and entertaining. A few weeks later one had stopped working. I tried to troubleshoot online by resetting and still not working. I contacted the company for support and were told to just follow the trouble shooting steps I had already done. The 1 robot would not charge, would not turn on and would not respond to the reset. Other points to note are that the little items they hold, you have to stick them to a magnet, you also need to update them via a laptop or computer. To me they are overpriced, once you have them aswell they almost become repetitive.
