Works great
I used this adapter to instal a new climate control panel in my 1995 Chevy Silverado pickup truck. The control panel for 1995 model is very difficult to find but this adapter allows for installation of climate control panel for 1996 and newer year models. It was a little difficult to cram the extra wires and connectors behind the new control panel but it is definitely doable. The new climate control panel works just fine thanks to this adapter. I recommend this product.

The additional information and parts
They interchange and made the new controller, a simple and easy task to repair these convert from 95 control to the new 96 controller which all worked the same just needed the wiring harness for the adapter

Perfect fit and is a better option than cutting up the wire harness.

It don't work.
It works great to convert the a c switch over, but if you turn your headlights on your a c will turn off. It offers switches from air to heat every time you turn the vehicle on.

Works perfectly to adapt the newer HVAC controller to my 1995 C1500 Silverado!
This was easy and straight forward to install and works perfectly! Saved me several hundred dollars and headaches trying to find the original part.
