The answer to your question is yes! The USB C connection is to the Rode interface, the other end of that connection goes to your computer and that can be the more common USB B connector.

If you have separate USB ports for the AI-1 interface and your Bluetooth headphone adapter (2 USB ports), then you should be able to set your computer to output audio to the Bluetooth adapter and use the AI-1 as the microphone input at the same time.
