Literally amazing, skip the cheaper ones with pricy subscription plans!
If you're on the fence, just do it! We purchased a cheaper off brand doorbell and lightbulb camera in a pinch after our cars were broken into, and they worked okay but the quality was... lackluster. I bought these on a whim while they were on sale just to see the difference, and it's truly a world of difference! The quality all around is so much better, the app is easier to navigate, the system works better. The subscription plans in general are the biggest seller for me. I was paying more for a basic subscription plan for each of the cheaper cameras, and they didn't sync together like these! They were super quick and easy to install and set up, it took maybe 10 mins for each one. I purchased the doorbell as well, and i think we've decided to get a couple of the flood light cameras for the yard in the next couple of months. Best upgrade ever!

Nice and safe
I’ve been using the Blink Outdoor 4 camera system for a while now, and overall I’m very satisfied. The setup was quick and straightforward, even for someone who isn’t very tech-savvy. The video quality is clear during the day, and the night vision works well enough to monitor my property after dark. One of the biggest advantages is the battery life—it really does last a long time, which saves a lot of hassle compared to wired systems. The motion detection is responsive, though sometimes it can be a bit sensitive and send extra alerts. The two-way audio is a nice bonus and works fine for basic communication. The app is easy to use, but there’s still some room for improvement in terms of speed and notifications. Overall, this is a reliable and affordable security camera system, especially if you want something simple and wireless. Good value for the price.

Great camera....Lousy AI Plus Plan
This is an excellent camera, and when paired with the newest synch module, capable of high resolution at longer distances. Do NOT get tricked into purchasing the AI Plus Plan, it stops working after a month or so and Amazon does not have tech support people competent to fix it. Stick to the basic blink plan.

Frustrating to set up, but it does perform as expected!
My preliminary review focused STRICTLY about the unboxing and setup process which was, to be kind, one of the most extremely frustrating and non-intuitive experiences EVER. Why is that? Well first of all I'm accustomed to using to a quick start guide that actually gets you set up QUICKLY, and / or a code that directs you to a website that explains how you should get started - and the order in which to complete each step - important if this is your very first experience with these types of cams. Namely...no immediate reference listing steps to get the sync module up and running, and no effective problem solving for when it DOESN'T detect your module. And then how to add your cams to the app, understand what's going on if they aren't at first being recognized, then understanding adding each cam to the app and giving them individual names, learning about what each setting does and impacts each has or does not have on the batteries, etc. But the most troublesome issue? I found it an absolute nightmare getting one of the brackets to snap into the camera base, while the other went on fine. Only two mounting screws came in a box when it included a set of two cams and should've included 4. Setup in minutes? Yeah, right. More like HOURS - a big part of which involved fruitlessly attempting to remove and then reattach the camera from the mount while the mount was hung up. Oh, and I forgot about those deep scratches on the exterior of 1 of the cams. But after so much intense aggravation I didn't want to go through the hassle to return and start again with a total replacement. I figured out all the settings that were best for the front and rear cams, how alerts work, etc etc. using AI assistance..NOT from anything I could find from the company in ONE spot. It is split up over various sections on the manufacturer's website, which I had to search to find. Finally, I got these mounted and have thus far enjoyed them, finding the person detecting setting with motion enabled perfect to capture people quickly, while missing most errant small critters because it's focused on a very narrow, recessed area around the door in front and catches what is most necessary to see. I don't get tons of false alerts. For the camera on the back door covering patio area and the woods, with the person feature enabled, this does a great job missing all the squirrels, birds, and other things that I do not want to waste batteries being videoed and alerted to. So while this has only been up a for two days, I am already addicted.
