It's a little louder than I thought it would be but it's pretty quick to make ice ( starts making ice in about 5 minutes) and I love the tiny size of the cubes. It's great for slushy drinks. Easy to use and easy to clean. Would definitely buy again.

Machine runs constantly as ice isn’t nuggets but small shavings that melt instantly either back into the machine or harden as one big ice chunk. Not impresssed for the high cost of machine

I have bought two of these ice makers. I loved the first one! The first one, two years old, is working great. The second one died ONE DAY before its warranty expired! I was trying to decide between an open box model, or a different brand entirely, and happened upon all the reviews here, several of which mentioned excellent customer service for replacement. I had to call, because the web form was not working. After a few basic questions, they sent me an email, and I attached a 15 second video of it not working, and a couple days later received word that my replacement was on the way, and then I received it about a week after the original contact! AMAZING. I’m 100% loyal to this brand, now. What a great experience! Things I love: speed of making ice, being able to keep up with a reasonable amount of ice in an evening, the ice itself is so much better than cubes!

Grabbed this nugget ice maker for my wife last Christmas and it was a hit. She used to make special trips just for that chewable gas station ice—now it’s right at our fingertips. The ice comes out perfectly soft and crunchy, exactly how she likes it. Runs a little louder than i was prepared for but not a deal breaker. Setup was quick, and the self-cleaning feature keeps things low-maintenance. Definitely one of those gifts that earns appreciation every day.

I bought this for my mom as a birthday gift. It is a bit pricey for not keeping the ice frozen, but it is easy to use. The ice will stay cold for a while but keep making new ice from the melted ones.

I've had this ice maker since 4/2024, nearly 1.5 years, and it's still performing well with sharp-edged ice - using Britta filtered water & cleaned once a month with citric acid. The designs solid, just ensure you do the maintenance. This is one of those products with few clear winners, but my instincts were correct, this is the one.

Stopped working after two weeks of use. Wasn’t even continuous. I would turn it off during the day and only one when I used it. Ice would be good just a bad product. Tried contacting the company for support and never heard back and doing all of the troubleshooting they asked me to do. Small storage for ice.
