Read for a great tip!
I worked in a restaurant where this mix was standard. For a family of four i use about 2 cups of mix. Add water as directed, 1 tbsp of lemon juice (fresh squeezed or concentrate), 1 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Game changing and the only way my family likes pancakes now. We add blueberries or chocolate chips for different flavors. Great pancake mix worth the big box and price.

This is the best pancake mix I've ever had! If you've ever been to the Lone Bull Pancake House in Lake George NY this is what they use!!! You just add water and they're amazing. Unreal!!!

Bitter Baking soda...
The worst. I've tried this for pancakes and reluctantly for banana bread, to use the rest of the huge box, before weevils infested. I'll be throwing the majority away. Just use flour. This is terrible. Maybe biscuits would work? I highly doubt it...
