Product Description BoneUp is a comprehensive micronutrient formula that provides StimuCal MicroCrystalline HydroxyApatite (MCHA) and micronutrients to support bone health, bone density, and skeletal nutrition. StimuCal MCHA is a natural source of calcium shown to support bone mineral density better than calcium carbonate. StimuCal also provides bone proteins, including type I collagen, which has been shown to support bone health. Vitamins D3 and K2 (as MK-7) are included to support calcium deposition into bones. Ingredients Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) (1000 IU), Vitamin K2 (as Natural MK-7 menaquinone-7), Calcium (elemental) (from StimuCal Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite), Magnesium (as magnesium oxide), Zinc (L-OptiZinc) (as zinc L-monomethionine sulfate), Copper (as copper gluconate), Manganese (as manganese citrate), Potassium (as potassium citrate), Boron (as Boron Citrate) , Maltodextrin, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. Capsule consists of bovine gelatin. Contains: Soy (in trace amounts). No wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, or peanuts/tree nuts.

Good quick deliveryWon’t know if they have helped with bone density until I have had tests

I hope it's good.
I have used this for years because of the ingredient list. I hope it's good. Until I have a bone density test, I won't know if it's helped. Isn't that the case for all brands of calcium supplements though ?
