Sometimes I just need a nice pack of biscuits to enjoy alongside a cup of tea or coffee. These are delicious and I'm glad I bought them for a simple but very enjoyable treat. The biscuits themselves are wafer-thin, with a nice crunch. And they are awesome when dipped into a hot beverage, for all you dippers out there! Hehe They also have a nice spiced quality that makes them lovely for the colder months. I would buy these again, for sure!

Good old fashioned ginger snap cookies. Crisp and thin and melts in your mouth. These can be hard to find in stores, they are one of my favorites. Delicious!
