LOVE IT! This vibration plate delivers a quiet workout. I appreciate the workout booklet explaining the speeds, intensity, and programming. When I use it steadily, it does reduce inflammation and lymph fluid build up. Surprisingly, it has helped my knee after meniscus surgery. It is very sturdy and functions exactly as stated. I especially like the remote control.

I just received my LifePro Vibration plate on 12/5/25, the remote doesn’t work, I’ve tried calling for the 3 days and no response, trying to chat, takes forever to respond and now getting the third degree to get a remote replacement. so I’m a little frustrated with the service, makes me want to just return it. The product is very nice and sturdy and quiet, I really like it but not sure it’s worth the hassle, there are other companies out there that would I’m sure appreciate my money.

This is so amazing and used for various conditions- distress, lymphatic drainage, overall body loosening/massage, balance. Highly recommend! It had an immediate calming effect on people with ADHD.

It isn’t super loud and works as described. I’m tall for a female, 5’9” and almost 200 lbs currently and it held my weight and balance very well. It’s very relaxing and sits great on my carpet in my bedroom. Easy to use and unplug and store.

Super helpful for calming my nervous system, grounding, lipedema & lymphedema, movement when it's too cold out. Adjustable everything and fun to use. In my experience, vibration plates mainly all do the same thing. I like this brand and their price points.

The LifePro HexaPlate arrived securely padded in a plain outer shipping box which hid what the contents were (Discrete delivery so it isn't advertised to the neighborhood that you've bought a vibration platform.) The inner box was packed generously/snugly. Note: The power cord was tucked-away under the lip of the blue shell, so GENTLY tug it out and untie the wrap so that you can extend the power cord for use. You can read about its features ANYWHERE, so I will stick to the experience here: I already own a LifePro heavy-Duty Rumblex PLUS vibration plate, so this is from the point of view of someone seeking a "portable" unit vs the more "stationary" Rumblex Plus. Out of Box Experience: 9 - There is nothing to pick on. It would be a nice holiday unwrapping experience. Ease of Use: 9 - The controls are simple and functions are grouped intuitively. Only wish that you could reverse on the remote if you over-click past your chosen mode rather than having to go around again to get back to it. Remote Control: 7 - Nothing WRONG with the remote. Just know that if you're coming from a Rumblex/Plus, the remote functionality is lesser, and you have to "aim" the remote at the sensor for input to register. (This is also 1/4 the cost of a Rumblex, so expectations should be adjusted appropriately.) Portability: 10 - This is as light a vibration plate as I would imagine would provide the stability needed for beginners. Easy to pick up, carry, and stow-away under a bed, or in a closet if you can't leave it out full-time. Power: 10 - I was honestly shocked at how much energy this unit puts out! I won't say that it equals a Rumblex, but unless you USE them side-by-side like we have, you won't notice the difference outside of the 3-D motion VS the 4-D motion of the Rumblex Plus. If I could change "anything": Only 2 things would make this "perfect" to me - A) If the Power Cord was removable. (Not an issue for home use, but a travelling therapist or Health Salon would likely appreciate easily-replaceable cords when they get frayed from getting run over/stepped on and constant unplugging. B) If the remote were "omnidirectional" like the higher-end units. But again, that would raise the cost. In truth, my wife ignores the remotes anyway and only adjusts settings on the platform itself. All in all, a solid buy that I am happy with. Neither my wife nor I feel "cheated" if we use the HexaPlate & the Rumblex Plus together because they are similar in power.
