When I started my weight loss journey, I did go on Ozempic to help jump start my journey. I was on it for about 6 months and went off because it was so expensive. I had lost about 40lbs. Once I was off, I was able to maintain my weight by ensuring I was eating a healthy diet and exercising 4-5 days a week, but noticed the food noise started coming back. I wanted to try an alternative/cheaper solution to help with just the food noise.These supplements have done just that. I’ve been on it for about a week and have noticed a significant difference with food noise, similar to how I was feeling when I was on Ozempic. I’m hoping this will help me loose my last 30lbs until I am finally out of the 200lb range. I’ve experienced no side effects and take both pills in the morning before a light breakfast. Of course, this is a tool to help me continue to follow a healthy diet without the extra food noise.

Been taking this product for a few weeks now. I've noticed that I'm not as hungry I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach followed by a pretty good breakfast. There's no jittery side effects and seems to be helping with my appetite suppression.

I’m so happy I gave this liposomal berberine 1500 mg. a try. I have been taking this product for about 6 months and have been pleasantly surprised.The decreased appetite and gradual loss of 10 pounds amazed me. I did not diet, change my menu or experience any negative side effects. However the truly amazing aspect is that after a week or so it dawned on me that I was no longer preoccupied with food-related thinking. If it’s only positive aspect was freedom from thoughts of food, I would still consider it well worth a 5 star rating. I highly recommend this product for anyone wishing to lose and maintain a healthy weight with little or no effort.

After taking this for a few weeks, my appetite greatly decreased. I don’t ever get super hungry, I can miss a meal without even thinking about it. But it doesn’t make me not want to eat at all like the more dangerous options. I get full so much faster and my sugar cravings are almost completely gone. It has also helped with digestion. I’m on my 3rd bottle and have just started noticing some weight loss but I started feeling “lighter” and not bloated during my first bottle. We all want to loose weight overnight but that’s not healthy and typically comes right back. This may be slower but in my opinion, so much better. I will definitely continue taking this.

This curbs appetite so effectively. I take it and have plentiful energy and no real desire to eat. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the product. There have been no negative side effects thus far. Generally my mood has been better, my energy has been boosted, my appetite suppressed…all in all I have nothing negative to state and would recommend the product.

This was my first time taking Liposomal. I took it with my other daily vitamins, and it really gave everything a boost. It enhanced the other vitamins that I was taking, my weight loss vitamins and specifically my hair and nail vitamins. I noticed a boost and felt better. I will definitely continue taking them.

Supposedly helps with digestion for sibo and lyme. Gave me diarrhea though because this type is the hcl kind.

It's okay. The pills are easy to swallow and there's no strange aftertaste. No side effects and they did help keep my blood pressure in check. Unfortunately It didn't help with weight loss.
