I love how this pivot hinge creates a secret door that rotates 360 degrees. Great for hidden spaces.

They seem to be able to handle the weight. A surprising amount of metal for the money.

This hinge set comes with all the necessary hardware, making it easy to install and use.

The hinge pin broke before I could finish the door.I had just finished the door frame which only weighs about 25 pounds, and before I put the plywood skin on the frame the top pin broke.This is an inconvenience and sets my project back until I can come up with a solution.I would not recommend this product.

I do this for a living and these instructions are in the top five worst I’ve ever seen. If you’re not experienced with installations like this, do not buy these.Solid material and smooth bearings, though!Screws are cheap so have backups.
