These stretched out a little since I got them. Has anyone found a way to shrink them somehow?

I read up on the silicone rings and they recommend ordering them 1 size smaller. That way they stretch to go over the knuckle and when they stretch out they still fit.

Are these rings non conductive?

I wear a Qalo size 8. What size should I get?

I am not sure of the measurements in a Qalo, but if you do the measurements for this ring it will be accurate. Take a piece of string, wrap it tight around your finger, then take a ruler and measure the length of the string. I recommend if you are on the small side of a measurement to go down a size for this ring.
