I put this on my low carb cereal to help give it flavor and it has a great taste. It is thick, but not too thick. It smells wonderful and has good ingredients. It is a little pricey, but well worth it in my opinion. I wouldn't use it on pancakes because the bottle is small and wouldn't last long.

This was a pleasant surprise. I was sure the taste would be awful, as far as I'm concerned you can't tell the difference. (except the price of course!) I bought the maple cinnamon. It wasn't watery or to thick. Poured just like regular syrup. It was nice to find something so I could enjoy a waffle again and not worry about the sugar content. If you are going low carb, keto this is an excellent choice.

I've purchased this several times. I've been diabetic for years so no maple syrup for me. This gives me the approximation of maple syrup with a lot fewer calories. It goes on thicker than other monkfruit syrups that I've tried and doesn't have a weird/chemically aftertaste. back to back with maple syrup it probably doesn't stand up but I haven't had maple syrup in a couple decades so not sure. I use this for protein pancakes/waffles. Recommend.

I was in search of a low or no sugar syrup and I came across this product. I had tried other one from Amazon but they were all liquidy which was not good when using it on your pancakes. I decided on buying this one and see if it could be the one that will suit my needs. In all honesty, the price is a bit high especially for a small size bottle.Anyway, I ordered the maple flavored one. It arrived the following day. I was surprised how small the bottle was. Well, it should be of no surprise because most of these no sugar syrups all come in a small size. So, I made some pancakes, just to get my first taste of this syrup. The liquid is thick. I used a little bit and spread it on my pancakes like if it was butter. I have to admit that the taste is a bit light and not strong.The taste was not bad at all. It actually tasted pretty good with no aftertaste. Wow! I was impressed. Also, once spread, it stays glossy and thick which is good. It is not like the others that just run off the food.I will give it 4 stars due to how expensive it is for just a small bottle. If they make this in a bigger bottle and not make it so expensive, it would be a great deal. I still enjoyed the maple taste and you really can't tell the difference feom one with sugar or fructose, to this one made monk fruit.I will purchase again but this time, I will try one of the other flavors.

This is far and away the best sugar free syrup on the market! It doesn't have that weird after taste, and has a really nice "thicker" consistancy!

Great taste with without the guilt. Multiple use for recipes is a plus. Highly recommend

I have always loved pure maple syrup, but of course if you are on keto/low carb you have to give up tons of foods you love. Some posters say this is thick like true maple syrup, but it is my experience, at least from the ones I have enjoyed, pure maple is not especially thick & definately not this this thick.I was not a fan of the thickness, nor the flavor particularly, so I bought a bottle of Lakanto & it was way too thin & the aftertaste not good, so I said, what the heck, I will mix them, & lo & behold, impo, they balanced each other out.Now I pour one bottle of each, the Lakanto & the Choc Zero in a 4 cup measuring cup, mix them & return them to their bottles. I use a spatula to get out every precious expensive drop as it clings to the sides of the cup.Is the mixture exactly like pure maple, of course not, but at least I am content now.People will always differ on their love of the perfect syrup, just like many things, but if this syrup misses the mark for you on some level, you might try a mix for yourself.

Love the flavor and thickness. Too expensive though.
