It’s perfectly fine for the iO toothbrush, I lost my charger for my iO4, and this fits/charges and is a great replacement. Cost effective, and essentially the exact same thing as the original charger.

This has worked for about a week without issue. Took one star off because it’s much lighter in weight than the original that came with my iO3. I lost mine on a trip, but hubby still has his so in comparison this one is lighter. Hopefully it will last as long as the toothbrush.

I lost my original charging base when we moved and had to use a plain toothbrush -- awful. So glad I found this affordable replacement so I could have my buzzy little Oral B back in business. Works great, wouldn't be able to tell the difference!
