Greater wee bit of kit this does the abbs arms shoulder's back and chest 'allot better than it's thought it would be. Good price too 👍

It’s a bit fragile

Have tried a few of these one received injuries still waiting for Amazon to sort out dragging feet.This is great, easy assembly, easy use & sturdy enough to feel safe using. Hate press ups so this great for abs, arms, back etc works all well. Cut sugar at same time being nearly 60 never had body shaped until using these, takes the boredom of press ups even out phone on nor that do but options there.Definitely buy again hopefully won't need to for a long time but anyone wanting shape thrn THIS is a solution.

Useless used it 3 times and the wheels are falling apart

Firstly the nut to hold the handles together was missing so it nearly went back immediately. I decided to hunt around for something similar and by luck managed to fix it. Having now tried it out for a couple of days I'd say it's not too bad as a machine and seems to do what it's supposed to. As others have mentioned the so called mat which comes with it is truly rubbish. Buy one or use a cushion. I think I'll try something with more wheels soon to give greater stability.
