from day one after consuming this product minimum 4 to 5 times you need to go Toilet & this is best solution who are trying to eat less due to fat gain, your tummy will be always empty. only have to consume lots of water. try it two time a day with warm water & from day one you will get result. I am not feeling heavy or gassy. even there is any side effect or tiredness after-going toilet 4-5 time a day. good product who gain fat specially near tummy area.
