Brilliant Drive So Far!
Bought this for my Synology 423+ (two of them) and they work great, louder than I thought they were going to be but still not too bad. Capacity is nice and they are worth it when on a discount. Will be buying another on prime day!

Are you fancy a tractor in your room?
This is the loudest drive I have ever bought! It's noise was unbearable. (All of the noise in the video comes from the HDD - not NAS, there is just a single drive installed) I think I just got the faulty/broken device. It is possible that it got damaged on the way - it was packed in a bubble wrap, tiny/thin box and regular Amazon envelope. I bought the other HDD (their competition) and the drive arrived in a nice double box equipped with shock absorbing features - it is almost not hearable comparing to the WD Red Plus 8TB
