Exact replacement, save your screws!!
Pretty much an exact replacement and works well. These discs are labeled left and right, however, they are identical with the only difference being the mounting screws. One of the screws is reverse threaded (unscrews clockwise) while the screw for the other side is standard. Therefore, it is VERY important to KEEP your original screws for mounting the replacement pads, left or right (unless your replacement pad has both types of screws or you happen to be replacing the pad with the standard screw).

Works and fits great
Fits great. No problems. Would be nice if we got a new mounting screw. Removing the old one was a little hard.

Quality
Right side scrubber stopped working. I tightened the screw,still not spinning. Took it off and it was worn away on the inside where it goes onto shift. Saved a lot of money by fixing it. Thanks Amazon

Fixed my issue of one disc not spinning!
Great! Fixed my issue of the left disc not spinning when using. Note: the screw that came with it would not fit, I used the screw that was in the old disc.

Re-use your original screws
Seems to be a good replacement, though I’d recommend against using the included screw. For the pad I needed to replace - the right side as you’re operating the mop - the included screw threads were opposite the original screw. No problem installing when the original screw was used. Looks and feels identical to the original, same part number. Echoing another reviewer, the screws should be checked periodically depending on frequency of use.

Correct product, but no screw
The replacement disc seems to fit well. Haven't used it yet. I may be back if there are problems using it. But there was no screw. Was there supposed to be a screw included? There was a small ziploc bag that looks like it would have held the screw, but there was nothing in it.

SAVE THE ORIGINAL SCREW!
SAVE YOUR ORIGINAL SCREW FOR RIGHT DISC!!! The desk itself is totally fine and good quality. However, the right spinning disc has a screw that tightens counterclockwise. This is so that the screw does not slowly come loose overtime with use. The screw that is included with the right disc from the seller is the screw that goes with the left disc. Unless this seller has labeled their discs backwards, which I can only assume they have, they placed the wrong screw orientation with the right disc. I have ordered these discs from other sellers in the past, and the screw that always comes with the right disc as a screw that tightens by turning counterclockwise. I feel like this is not an oversight by this company, as the screw is critical for this part to work correctly. So three stars because of placing the wrong screw into the product.
