Saving this for a rainy day

Purchaced for Thyroid problems, Dr. wouldnt give me anything for my low thyroid, so I am always trying to increase Iodine because I feel better when I take it. Ok instructions said to only take for 10 days. I ignored it but on about day 15 I got a nose bleed, so I stopped. Now I am taking it every 3rd day and it seems to be going fine. I am waking up in the morning feeling wide awake and almost stopped drinking coffee. I think my brain is working better too. This is the highest dose I have ever seen. I may try cutting it in half and doing it every other day, everything I have read, if your thyroid is low your heart is affected, metabolism, skin, hair, nails. Iodine even can prevent breast tummors, and helps your body obsorb D3.

I have been taking 2 pills in the morning for two weeks now and have noticed that I have more energy, with less sleep. This is a big deal for me, as I've had fibromyalgia for almost 10 years now. I took 1 pill each morning for the first 2 weeks and then increased to 2 pills. I plan to stay at 2 pills each day and see how things go. This product seems to help me and is VERY economical compared to Iodoral, which I was previously taking, and Iodoral didn't seem to help as much.

I like that the pills are small enough so I don’t get choked on them when I try to swallow them. This is also a good quality company who makes great products and I can definitely tell a difference since I’ve been using them because I’m not cramping as bad as I used to in my legs.

I have been taking Source Naturals Potasium Iodide for 6 years. I started out on Ioderal but then decided to save money. I cut these Source Naturals brand in half and take 1/2 each morning, every day.. yes for 6 years. Read The Iodine Project by Dr Guy Abraham, or see web site Stop The Thyroid Madness. Since getting on potassium iodide, the difference is I can get up off the couch, go to work, and stay awake. My hair stopped falling out, and all kinds of random benefits. My hubby, sister, nephew, niece, and a number of convert friends have discovered that we all need it! It stopped the need for all kinds drugs. It is just a mineral. Too much and you will pee it out. The goal is to get enough iodine then take in around 12.5 mg a day to maintain sufficiency . So someone taking 32.5 for months is wasting it. Becoming grumpy was my sign to cut back from 65 mg day to 45, then to 32, then down to a cut in half Source Natural or one Ioderal. Again read The Iodine Project. Google for it to read. What is scary is all the drugs you will need if you don't take sufficient iodine. I am reordering another 240 pill bottle. Most regular doctors are clueless on this. Go see a naturopathic doctor for some healthy advice.

I bought this product to use for heavy metal detox or in case of radioactive air pollution. I used it for heavy metal detox as described and my thyroid gland (which this mineral is targeted at) became over stimulated. This effect lasted for several months. I finally went to the doctor and he checked my thyroid levels and they were well above the normal range. He was going to send me for a thyroid scan at the hospital but then I told him about my use of this product. He decided to wait a month and re-test. After a month, the levels had come down to the high normal range. I am going to a second re-test after another two-month waiting period. Hopefully they will be back to medium normal range by then.
