Works very well for what I needed. I like the smaller size compared to the others I have that stick out so far.

I've use quite a few of these over the last year. One if them failed on us but it was subjected to a lot of vibration. They're a good price and I like that they're narrow. Other null modems I've used are like an inch long for some reason. They're also clearly labeled as "null modems" so you can't confuse them with gender changers

This was exactly what I needed. The converter is perfectly built. Labels on the sides and sturdy. Its performance with data transmission is perfect. The 5 pcs pack makes it an excellent deal. The vendor delivered fast!

As described and worked as expected. These were required to convert a device from connecting one PC's serial port to multiple devices to a single device connected to multiple PCs.

Troubleshooting serial connections is so much easier (i.e., “do I need an extension or null modem cable?”), and Saves space and money (lets you stock one kind of cable rather than two)

All I know is that if I need to swap RX and TX, these things can't be beat.
