Cisco SG350X-48P Stackable Managed Switch with 48 Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) Ports, 2 x 10G Combo + 2 x SFP+, 382W PoE, Limited Lifetime Protection, Black

Received a genuine US version Cisco SG350X-24P with fairly recent firmware; Cisco provides firmware updates for these models for free. Works great, no problems whatsoever. Of course make sure you check Cisco's specs to make sure this will fit your application. This switch has 24 PoE ports and 2 (two) 10Gb copper/spf ports. 4 of the 24 PoE ports support 60w power each, the remaining 20 are 802.3at. Total available power is 185w, so you can run power on all ports if you are using things like VOIP phones or single radio Wifi APs.

The model I received is the SG350X-48MP-K9-EU (no -NA for North America) - this is the European version. CISCO will not honor the warranty and no CISCO advanced replacement options. This is a grey market product. Seller includes a piece of paper stating that they will provide an additional 60 day warranty with registration - they also allude to the fact that the original manufacturer may not honor the warranty (they do not) . They do however, state that they will offer a "depot warranty" equal to the manufacturer's terms - however, this is not a CISCO warranty and you are left to the manufacturer honoring it. CISCO offers lifetime warranty with 48 hour replacement. You will not get that with this product. So buyer beware!

I bought this based on my experience with Cisco 200-sg, which im still using. There’s tons of options on this. I purchased this this for 10gbe network. So im getting the intel x550t2 card and use windows 10 for teaming to 20g. The Synology Nas ds1621xs+ has built-in10gbe network and i will add an 10gbe pci card (combined with ssd cache) to this nas and make my switch do the link aggregation to 20gbe. Still work in progress,..i will update this later

The Web GUI is not complete - it is missing few mstp screens which are required to setup networks with multiple trunks with different vlans (The default is rstp which will converge most of the trunks to discarding). I have updated the switches with the latest firmware. These switches are classified as Small Business switches - these have few key differences from the Cisco main product line. For one the default spanning tree is RSTP and the switches do not support PVST or PVST+. Use CLI to setup MSTP for configuration with multiple vlans. Bought multiples switch for stack configuration - love the stack configuration.

The needs of high density and PoE are covered by this device, and at a good price, the 10G ports are awesome too, good upgrade from SG200 family

What a pain dealing with this SG350X unit. This was not new as the US power cable was missing and the switch password was set. When we went to perform the reset, the reset button was previously broken off and the console was reconfigured to block password reset on boot up. Make sure you inspect the switch you buy immediately upon receiving as these were sitting on a shelf because of the pandemic pausing the project.

New, worked perfectly and great price.
