Great Fan! Great Customer Service!
This is a fantastic Exhaust Fan... I have the Speed controller installed and all works great! However, when I received the fan there were some of the spot welds that hold the grill in place that had broken... likely during shipping. I contacted customer service thinking they might give me a diy or discount if I keep it... Instead the company said that if I like just go ahead and keep it and we will re-reimburse you 100% which is what I did. I simply fastened some washers in the right places and its all working great! I am giving 5 stars because its a great fan and a great customer service company!

Works as Expected
The fan was placed in my covered screened in porch to help circulate air, which often becomes stagnant throughout the day. The fan is a tad loud at high speed, but not unbearable. It operates as expected and I am pleased with the overall purchase. It needed hardware for installation. It should have came with screws and washers.

Good Fan for small attic or shed
Good fan for small attacks c or shed. Easy install just cut and frame opening and install with 4 or 6 screws. My only complaint is turns out to be too small for our 25’x30’ metal building, wish we would have gotten larger fan for this application. Fan is quiet.

A Good Fan for the Money
I installed the fan in my wood shop. I really like the engineering effort that was put into the manufacture. The frame is so rigid you would have to work pretty hard to twist it out of alignment. The louvers work easily and close tightly. The fan guard is also the mounting for the fan motor and the guard is isolated from the frame with rubber grommets and that setup works really good- you can put one hand on the guard and the other on the frame and there's essentially no vibration transmitted to the frame at any speed. The fan blade seems well balanced although I would have preferred a stiff steel fan blade to cut down on the harmonics when the fan is running wide open. But steel fan blades are hard to find nowadays. Just a sign of the times I guess. So I'm knocking off one star for the noise at high speed. But I find if I run it at a moderate speed it's plenty quiet. One more thing and in retrospect it's probably overkill but I used 1/4" lag bolts and 1-1/2" fender washers over wide rubber bushings to mount the fan frame to my studs. You get to decide, but I consider it cheap insurance against vibration transmitting to the wall.

Just need to caulk it in but that's with everything.
Easy install. Works great for cooling off my garage.

Great Exhaust fan kit
I plugged the fan speed controller into a thermostat control bought here on Amazon. You need to have vents for air to to come in. I closed the doors of the storage building and turned it up until the fan started to cavitate and then slowed it down. I added a gable end vent on opposite end of building and then I could speed it up some. This fan moves a lot of air and is surprising quiet up to 3/4 throttle if it is not cavitating.

Quiet and powerful. Great fit and finish.
Very nice quality fan. Quiet and powerful. Great fit and finish. The motor seems to run a bit hot, about 145F, but it has worked great for the last month. Highly recommended.

Motor gets very hot.
Just installed it in my attic. Fan fits perfectly my window. I am quite concerned that this fan will not last very long as the motor gets very hot. It is a good idea to purchase a warranty if it is offered for this fan.
