Lumpy and Bumpy
There are instructions on how to fluff this pillow into an "acceptable" pillow shape. After pulling and tugging and separating clumps inside the pillow and referring back to the instructions for about 5 minutes, it is still a lumpy, bumpy, lackluster little pillow. Not great. It is sufficient if you just need some filling for a pillow but it's not great.
