All gifts are engraved in-house to exceptionally high standards. We choose fonts appropriate to the gifts, but if you have a favourite font, please let us know and wherever possible, we'll try to match it. ENGRAVING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Disable 1-click ordering. 2. Add item to basket. 3. On the basket page, tick the box that states: This will be a gift. 4. On the checkout page, click on Add a free gift note 5. Replace the text in the box below with your engraving message. We use this for engraving, not the gift message stated by . You can also give any special instructions, such as font requests. Should you NOT require engraving, state this in the gift message box to prevent delays in sending your item out. Please follow our maximum limit, NOT the limit of 255 characters set by . Please take care when typing as we cannot be held responsible for your spelling errors / typos. We will correct errors IF we notice them and alter punctuation or capitalisation as appropriate. If your engraving instructions are missing, too long or unclear, we will need to contact you to discuss them. To minimise any possible delays, please respond to our e-mails and telephone calls about your order. If we do not receive a reply by the shipping date, the item will be sent out without any engraving.
