I really enjoy a good waffle and this waffle maker is amazing. I like the fact that I get 2 waffles done at once. This was a gift and I love it! It is easy to clean and store since it is stackable and not side by side.

SEE UPDATE BELOW!!This is a double waffle maker, and the instructions only show how to make one waffle at a time. I tried to call customer service they do not have a phone number (the number listed in Amazon is for a completely different company). I’m going to try it tonight. If it doesn’t work I’m sending it back. Amazon was not able to help.UP DATE! I figured out the way to make two waffles at a time. With that solved my problem. The waffle maker is working better than I expected. I can make 2 perfect waffles each time.Even though THERE ISN’t ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT!I am increasing the original rating to five star.PS: still haven’t heard from company

Simple to use. Makes good waffles.

This thing makes nice big waffles. Evenly toasted. Easy to clean. Looks like decent quality.It has a light that goes on when you need to add batter and when the waffle is done.It would be even better if they added a little beep when the light goes off. In case your not looking at it at the moment.

Works well, non-stick feature really doesn't stick and the ability to make two eagles at a time keeps one person from having cold waffles while the other waits.

broke within a month of use

My family loves waffles, and our old waffle maker was NOT cutting it. It made one waffle at a time and it took forever to get enough waffles made to feed even a small family. And then came this wonderful machine! It heats fast, and makes two waffles at a time. Now it's almost too fast to make waffles ;) by the time I flip and fill and flip again, the waffle on the other side is done. I can make a dozen waffles in about ten minutes! Downfall is, it is hard to get clean (if you are like me and overfill often)- word of advice, don't overfill! But ALL waffle makers are a pain to clean so don't let that stop you!!

Although the waffle maker works, it seems cheaply made. Also, the instruction book tells you how to make 1 waffle, but fails to include instructions for making 2 waffles!
