Fodor's Rome 2024 (Full-color Travel Guide) Paperback – October 10, 2023

I am planning a trip to Rome and this book is comprehensive and easy to use. It could be a bit overwhelming with all the information but Fodor's breaks it down into logical sections and has all of the information on location, rating, cost, etc. at your fingertips. I especially like the fold out map included - I can tuck it into my pocket or purse if I don't want to carry the book with me.

We bought this in preparation for our trip to Rome and it served us well. Fodor Has a good collection travel books and this one will prepare you well for a first visit to Rome, or even for a second or third.

I usually like Lonely Planet travel guides but having visited Rome before using Lonely Planet I wanted a change. This is a nice compliment because it's adding a broader view of current day Rome. I feel ready to explore more. I didn't even know which bus to take before and because I was there during the taxi strike I spent much time waiting. (Not a problem because afterall, it's Rome!) I grabbed this for accuracy and timeliness.

Purchased for my nephew before he went to study abroad he said it had so much info. Great quality book.

Highly recommended to plan your Rome adventure. This has plenty of photos and included a tear away map of the city.
