purchased this Noctua NF-A4x10, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. The fan operates quietly while delivering impressive airflow, making it perfect for my enclosed project. As the title really, super quiet, super quality and connectors that are supplied are top notch

Switched out the hotend fan and the casing fan. Both made huge improvements to the sound of the printer. Came with everything I needed for the switch from the default fan and shroud, including everything you need for the wiring. Absolutely recommend to anyone with a printer that these fit.

There is something about Notcua fans that scream quality to me. This one is going in my Ender 3 as a hotend cooling fan, as I'm not sure if the existing one is working right or not. Although I'm not using the PWM, or Tacho Signals at the moment, there is room to be able to add something into the mix to allow me to see what the fans RPM is, or even to control the speed - though I'm unlikely to run at anything short of 100%. Actually, I love that the fan is extremely quiet at full speed.
