Halifax Bookcase

I love the bookcases -- exactly what the description said.The white is pure and beautiful. I couldn't be happier with them.I just wish they would have shipped faster and that the delivery service would have been easier to schedule. I live in NYC, which I know can make deliveries difficult, but the customer service was not helpful. I was hung up on 5 times. I had to repeatedly call back and ask to speak to someone who could help me. Finally once I told them I did not want to be hung up on again and just wanted to schedule a delivery the person helped me. They confirmed a time frame and asked if I wanted notice an hour beforehand in which I replied yes and asked that they make a note that I had to come from work. On the day of my delivery, the person didn't call until they were already at my address ready to deliver. I had to rush out and beg them not to leave. I don't know if you can choose the delivery service, but I would check.
